Set your sights on an unforgettable week of tango as the Moonlight Tango Festival returns to Brisbane City Hall from 15 to 20 September 2026. #MTF26 promises to raise the bar once again, bringing together dancers from across Australia and beyond for a vibrant celebration of music, movement, and connection. With 24 hours of milongas and 24 hours of immersive learning, the festival offers a rich program designed to inspire dancers of all levels in one of Brisbane’s most iconic venues.

Expect an exceptional line-up of internationally renowned maestros, including Sabina Masso & Federico Naveira, Paula Tajeda & Lucas Carrizo, Amelia Rambe & Matthew Ferrol, and Rina Sawaya & Nadim Sawaya. Their workshops and performances will be complemented by stunning live music from Barrio Norte, creating an atmosphere that is both electric and deeply authentic. Highlights include four elegant gala milongas at Brisbane City Hall and a sparkling Prosecco Reception with live music and special guests.
