In this class, we’ll focus on the core structures of tango, redesigning your dance from the inside out to prioritise comfort, connection, and natural functionality.
Key elements include:
- Posture, embrace, and connection fundamentals
- The secrets behind our way of walking
- Ochos (forwards and backwards)
- Leading and following with musical awareness
- Melodic and rhythmic eights in close embrace
- Rolling and connected movement
