Tango Workout – Wollongong

In tango (as in any dancing), to progress and to enjoy the process of dancing, a good physique is as important as the technique, the moves vocabulary, or musicality.

We’ve developed a program of exercises and drills to condition your body for dancing. The idea is not just to show you the exercises but to do them regularly with you to have the result.

Program: In one hour, we’ll have an extended warmup (15 min), the main exercise section (35 min), and a gentle stretch (10 min). Focus: balance, foot strength, foot speed and rhythm, dissociation, movement mobility.

Bring socks and comfortable clothes.
