TangoEvents AU is dedicated to supporting and connecting the Australian tango community through a comprehensive national calendar of tango events. Our mission is to help dancers, schools, and organisers engage with the wider tango scene by offering a centralised, easy-to-use platform for promoting classes, practicas, milongas, festivals, and more.

We provide a free and inclusive space for the tango community to share and discover events across Australia, offering:

• Complete Event Listings: Tango classes, milongas, practicas, workshops, and festivals across all states and territories.
• Free Posting for Organisers: Any registered school or organiser may post their events free of charge (subject to terms and conditions).
• Smart Filters: Users can explore events by date, city, or event type.
• Community Support: We aim to foster collaboration and growth within the tango network through information-sharing and visibility.

TangoEvents AU is happy to assist schools and organisers with booking suitable venues for their events (through our sponsors and partners). Whether you’re planning a milonga, workshop, or weekly class, we’re here to help you find the right space.

We also maintain relationships with a number of preferred venues — trusted locations that are regularly used for tango events and that support the goals of our community. Use of these venues is subject to our Terms and Conditions, and in some cases, non-compliance may result in the delisting of submitted events.

We encourage all organisers to consult with us before booking these venues to ensure smooth coordination and continued partnership.
